Ima Frosty Lena is a once in a lifetime kind of horse. He’s won 10 World Appaloosa Championships, 7 Appaloosa National championships, and continues to succed in his impressive show career. His freestyle, brideless reining routines wow audiences who show their appreciation with thunderous applause. What’s more he passes on this talent to his offspring. His son, Ima Frosty Lena Jr. is the undefeated Youth Reining Champion.

Ima Frosty Lena is an ambassador for reining Appaloosas, prooving just how capable Appaloosas can be in the sport of Reining.

At the recent Southeastern Reining classic, Frosty won the Celebrity Reining class with Dr. Guy Graden aboard. Frosty competed against other area celebrities including; David Yurman - International Jeweler, Mary Baer, Peggy Fuller and Kelly Bailey. Frosty's bridleless routine really impressed the audience and judges alike securing him the trophy. But more importantly Frosty's participation helped raise money for a worthy charity that makes the dreams of children with life threatening illnesses a reality.

On this special evening a little girl was presented with her very own miniature horse. Many eyes teared up at the touching sight of this litte girl receiving her adorable pony.

Other notables from the evening include the Florida Classic Derby was won by Frosty's son, A Frosty Valentine, for the second year in a row. Other Frosty babies also did well including Ima Frosty Lena Jr. who took 2nd in the Rookie class and Dun Frosted who won third in Novice horse non-pro.
